Intelligent Energy e-library

The aim of the e-library is to bring together in one place a range of tools and guidebooks on energy efficiency, renewable energy applications and sustainable mobility. By providing a thematic collection and consolidation of existing material in selected programme areas, the e-library helps to eliminate intensive initial project phases and removes the need to redevelop certain tools and guidebooks.

The BUILD UP initiative was established by the European Commission in 2009 to support EU Member States in implementing the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). The BUILD UP web portal is intended to reap the benefits of Europe's collective intelligence on energy reduction in buildings for all relevant audiences
